It is my pleasure to inform you that I have appointed Ms. Alice L. Moon of Council
District 4 to the Mayor's Family Violence Advisory Commission.
Ms. Moon is a 36-year resident of Hawaii and is currently self-employed as a
community and public relations consultant. She was formerly with The Hilo
Downtown Improvement Association Main Street Project. Ms. Moon will replace
Linda Halsted, who resigned for personal reasons.
