proposal needs State approval and requests the Council
intercede with the stipulation that the road be
accessible to bikers or pedestrians from Puako for park
visitors and employees.

(1991) Juanita F. Shaw, expressing their opposition to the
subject zone change and urging that the proposed zone
change be denied. States they realize that the date of
the public hearing was November 29, 1990, but that they
received notice less than nine days before the hearing
date, and if this does not meet notice requirements
they would like to request that the Planning Commission
withhold decision on this matter to allow individuals
additional time to learn about the project and to offer
comments.
