Enclosed is a Bill for an Ordinance amending Chapter 19, article 10, section 19-81 of the Hawaii
County Code, relating to water tank exemptions.
The purpose of this measure is to clarify section 19-54, water tank exemption, by removing it
from article 7, tax map; valuations, and placing it in article 10, exemptions.
