"Phis dedication is to fulfill Condition "B" of the Machado Acres Subdivision
Rezoning Ordinance 98-105 (see enclosure), which required the donation of
these park areas to the County.
Comm. 324.1: From Pam Mizuno, Deputy Director of Parks & Kecreation, dated
September 22, 2003, transmitting information from Park Planner James
Komata regarding the flood plain in Zone X: hazardous materials; and policy
on the development of park sites, which were requested by the P&EMC'
Members at their September 3, 2003 meeting, during discussion on
