AN ORDINANCE TO AMENll ORDINANCE NO. 03 Jl, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING Bi7DGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 2004.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L•
SECTION L Ordinance No. 03-91, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the fallowing
fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

SECTION 3. "I'he federal/state grant revenues set forth in Section 1 are hereby appropriated in the amount(s) and to
the program(s) identified herein; provided that disbursemeut is conditioned on (1) receipt of a notification of grans
award from the grantor, or receipt of notification from the cantor that the grant award will be forthcoming and that the
County is authorized to incur costs pursuant to such grant award; and (2) written notice to the Council including a copy
of the notification from the grantor.
A final report, or the Cinal report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon completion of the
grant program(s).
SECTION 4. 'Phis ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
