These sections of land are either within or lie parallel to 3-1-3-1-49. Enclosed please find reports from Hawaii Information Services that support sales data used to determine a value of the land exchange between the County of Hawaii and citizen Loren Lee. The price is a market value opinion of value. The most recent sales were completed at an average price of $3,000/acre. The County of Hawaii will receive 11,717 sq.ft. Mr. Lee will receive 39,491 sq.ft. Mr. Lee must pay the County of Hawaii the difference for 27,774 sq ft. Based on the market value of $3,000/acre Mr. Lee owes the County of Hawaii $1,890.00.
