Thank you for the follow-up letter regarding Conditions H and N for the above listed
change of zone ordinance. By copy of this letter, we will forward a copy to the County
Council and the Planning Commission for their reference.
By this letter, we confirm that Condition H has been satisfied regarding the affordable
housing requirement and Condition N has been satisfied regarding the approval of the
Solid Waste Management Plan by the Department of Environmental Management.

Environmental Management, approving the Solid Waste Management Plan for the property
identified above. We have now complied with condition "N" of the ordinance identified above.
I am also enclosing a copy ofa letter from Ed Taira, Office of Housing and Community
De~~elopment confirming that there is no affordable housing condition for ordinance 94-20.
This letter confirms our compliance with condition "H" of the ordinance.
