Enclosed is a Bill for an Ordinance amending Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code, 1983
(1995 edition) relating to vehicles and traffic.
The purpose of this measure is to exempt any person who is totally disabled due to injuries
received while on duty with the termed forces of the United States from certain motor vehicle
taxes and fees collected by the County of Hawaii.
