stating that they do not oppose Maryl Development but
do oppose 20' wide streets. States, in lieu of money

County.
Comm. 17.36: From Charles and Carol Allen, dated October 13, 1993,

project. Further, advises that Ginger Towle does not
represent them and, they believe, the majority of
residents in Kona Heights.
Comm. 17.37: Copy of letter to Glenn Sutow, from Ginger Towle, Kona
Heights Property Owners' Association, dated October 10,
1993, informing that he no longer represents Kona
Heights in any way and that the original Task Force for
Kailua View Estates and Kona Heights, regarding the
Maryl Development, next to Kona Heights, is now
dissolved. Further informs that Kona Heights has
established a permanent committee to handle questions,
policies and opinions regarding future development in
this area.
Comm. 17.38: Copy of letter to Ginger Towle, Kona Heights Property
Owners Association, from Glenn Sutow and Denise
Jernigan, Kailua View Estates, dated October 11, 1993,

Kailua View Estates and Kona Heights, is still in
existence and very active in supporting the proposed
ordinance (Maryl Development) regarding traffic volume
standards on residential streets.
Comm. 17.39: From Lin McIntosh, The McIntosh Companies, dated
October 14, 1993, responding to Ginger Towle's letter
to the Editor of West Hawaii Today asking to share
