Puna Sugar Mill, Inc.
This is to transmit Bill 160, Uraft 3, which was the result of a motion made at the November 19,
2003, Council meeting. The change from Draft 2 to Draft 3 is to the last sentence in Condition H
to read:
"A copy of the approved covenant(s) shall be recited in an instrument executed by the applicant
and recorded with the Bureau of Conveyances [prior to the issuance of Final Subdivision
Approval] and shall be provided to the Planning Director."
This clarifies a technicality in recordation processing.
