Murk Farias, et al., <br /> Civil No. 02-1-0149K <br /> We respectfully request that the following resolution is assigned to the appropriate <br /> Council member and committee, so that, it may be taken up at the next regulazly scheduled <br /> County Council meeting: <br /> 1. Resolution authorizing the Corporation Counsel, and his authorized <br /> representatives, to enter into an agreement with the individually named party, who <br /> is an employee of the County of Hawaii, to represent him in the civil action <br /> entitled Kealoha M.J. Wells, et al. v. Mark Farias, etal., Civil No. 02-1-0149K. <br /> We further request that the resolution be waived past committee meetings.
