RF: Bill 178. Draft 2 -Relating to Clifto's
Attached for your review is the above bill. Please have it referred to the next Council
meeting for consideration. Amendments made to this bill at the last meeting of Council's
Planning Committee include the following:
1. Condition E -Increased transient accommodations from 200 to 400 units.
2. Condition MM -Fair share contributions amount included and language
for Council approval of `in-lieu" contributions.
3. Condition GG -Language added to include Affordable Housing
requirement for transient accommodations units.
4. Condition HH -reworded to reflect proper archeological site.
