MEMORANDUM
TO:.lames Y. Arakaki, Chair, and Council Members
FROM: J. Curtis Tyler, III
SUBJECT: Amendment of Reso u ion No. 129-03
I wish to propose a simple amendment to subparagraph (3) of the "Now, Be It Resolved" clause
on page 3 of Resolution No. t29-03, as follows:
(3) advise the Council as to the preferred method of financing said improvements, whether by
Council-initiated improvement district, owner-initiated improvement district, tax increment
district, community facilities district, or private financing.
This amendment will facilitate the greatest exploration of financing options for the proposed
improvements and is recommended by the Legislative Auditor's Office.
With adoption of this amendment, 1 urge your support for Resolution No. 129-03, Draft 2.
