State Land Use Boundary Amendment for 14.53 acres from the <br /> Agricultural to the Urban District <br /> b. Change of Zone for 14.53 acres from the Agricultural 5-acre (A-Sa) to <br /> the Single Family Residential - 10,000 squaze foot (RS-10) district. <br /> As homeowners in both Kona Heights and Kailua View Estates, directly to the south of the <br /> proposed development, we aze opposed to the rezoning as planned. The addition of 43 new homes <br /> and the conservatively-estimated 86 more vehicles will create a burden on the existing <br /> infrastructure in these neighborhoods. <br /> We request that the meeting regazding this issue be held in Kona so that more of the people directly <br /> impacted by its outcome may attend and testify.
