We are two of the many residents of the area near this parcel who are
concered about the proposed Bolton development there and it's impact on
traffic, road damage and possible flooding from the run off area which it
will occupy. Also at risk is the habitat of I'o, the Hawaiian hawk, an
endangered specie which hunts there. We have made our concerns known to the
County Planning Commission but now we are informed that the matter must go
to hearing before the County Council. We have every intention of presenting
our concerns to the Council, however have not been able to obtain
information as to when or if such a hearing is to take place. I am Cherefore
requesting that, if a date has not been set to place this item before the
council, it be set immediately, or if the item has been calandered, I be
advised of the time and place of the hearing. If not acted on promptly, this
issue could well result in a serious negative impact to the area surrounding
Nani Kailua mauka and adjoining areas.
