AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 03-91, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 2004.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L•
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 03-91, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3101.14 Real Property Penalties 80,000
3101.16 Real Property Interests 600,000
Total $ 1,500,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following
fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:
