AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 03-91, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAI°I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENllING .TUNE 30, 2004.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 03-91, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3609.08 Fund Balance from Prior Year-Reserved Highway $ 385,458.35
Total $ 385,458.35
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following
