Re: BILL No. 207, Draft 2
We request that you replace Bill No. 207 with the enclosed Draft 2 of this same bill.
Originally, Bill No. 207 was to amend the Operating Budget by appropriating $117,500 from
the Fund Balance Reserved for Liquor Control account to Liquor Control's equipment and
public programs accounts. However, upon further investigation of their estimated quote of
the equipment, they found the cost to be $6,000 less than what was previously noted.
Draft 2 of Bill No. 207 changes the appropriation from $117,500 to $111,500 for the Liquor
Control -Equipment account.

A. Request:
This is a request to do a draft~to Bi11207 to amend the appropriation amount
from $117,500 to $111,500.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Upon further investigation of our estimated quote we found $6,000 was
above the amount we actually need to purchase the recorder and transcriber.
