SUBJECT: Presentation -February 3, 2004 PEMC Meeting__
I would like to inform you that I have scheduled Ron Menville, Vice-President
and Paul Alford, Project Manager of Brightstar Environmental to give a
presentation at the February 3, 2004 PEMC Meeting. Mr. Menville and Mr.
Alford have requested an hour and a half to discuss gasification as an alternative
form of Solid Waste Management.
