One of the Department of Environmental Management's top priorities is to clean up the scrap metal yards in Hilo and Kealakehe. Much progress has been made and in order to continue with their aggressive schedule to clean up those yards, they wish to utilize all monies available in the Vehicle Disposal Fund. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Environmental Management.
