When will it become obvious that allowing one: more piggybacked subdivision witlhout
providirss necessary irr&aslnrcturo (roads, water, eladxicity, school capacity, sewai;e
treatme~) will be the straw that broke tkx camel's back. This txrmmunity is past Qtc
point of discomfort!
My wife and I purchased on l;luria Place, YCatta Heights ut 1981. At that time, a nice

incremental construction of smnll subdivisions. Initially, the allied traffio of 18 homes,

all traffic destined for Queen K mzust filter ttmory~t r~~iderdial streets to lineup on Nam
Kailas for access to the thoroughfare.
Kona Hoighrs 30 year old slareets are breaking up, tinting; to grarrel, with no program of
