To the Hawaii County Council:
I am unable to be present at the hearing this Friday regarding the proposed development at O'oma. I would like,
however, to register my opposition to this, or any other such development, that is proposed here on the west side
of the island until infrastructure is adequate for the present population and put in place for the future. I also
question the "need" for the planned development.
I hope that you can include me, via this letter, in the "grassrocts" turnout that one of your councilmen wants to see
before he ever supports another hearing on West Hawaii issues.
