This letter is to offer our support of Bi11215 for 1:he construction of a Dirt
Bike-ATV Track. Constmetion of a public facility will provide dirt bike and '
ATV eiders a legal place to enjoy their sport. This should in turn reduce the
number of riders that trespass on our property.
As a raajor landowner in Kea'au, we've experienced an explosion of
trespassers that use ATV's to go aoy riding on ouz land. To protect our
company against thisxinereased lilibilit:y exposure, ;ve're forced to post
additional warning signs and patrol areas more frequently, as well as staking
