I have additional concern about the Clifro's Kona Coast
project that was not properly covered at the recent meeting. Is
Cliftos project going to be tied into the county sewer ? If it
is not, which is probably the case, I'm concerned about the effects
of this project on the adjoining ocean.
As your aware OPEC is adjoining this project.OTEC requires
clean, cold ocean water. The key word there is clean, I'm afraid this
project will have a negative effect on the cold, clean ocean water
OTEC requires. I hope you consider this when you make your final
judgement on the zoning for this project.
