Subject: Machado Acres Park
Enclosed for your review and approval is a bill amending Ordinance 03-9Q appropriating
$205,000 for the design and construction of a passive community park in the Machado Acres
Subdivision. The construction phase would include the clearing, purchase of fill and landscaping
materials, and rental of equipment. The project will have the assistance of the Machado Acres
Association and its community members.
Enclosed for your review are the Data Project/Financial Impact Statement and Map for your
review.

Ordinance 98-105, rezoned the subdivision's residential parcels to RS-10, to reflect the actual residential density, and condition "B"required
Machado Acres Association to dedicate the subject two parcels to the County for a park use. Resolution 95-03, the County accepted the
