RF.: Bill 213, Draft 2 -Relating to Uluwehi Properties, LLC, Change of `Lone Request.
Attached for your review and transmittal is the above bill. The Planning Committee considered
this bill on February 3, 2004. At this meeting, this bill was amended with the following:
Bill 213
I. Condition M. Include Fair Share figures and standard Council language
for approval of "in-lieu" contributions.
2. Add standard condition requiring the containment and disposal of runoff
on site. Added to Condition .L
