EPI~~GUE TO MARIJUANA RAID ON THE GOOSE TRA;.i
This is basically to thank and to express my appreciation
for the calls and visits I received following my story
and for the letters to the editor on the subject.
Now that we got acquainted the police can visit me anytime
and check out what I am planting. No need to create a 20
page pile paperwork. They can save this valuable time to
do more important things like catching a thief or a drug
dealer.
This way there is no need to lable me a criminal suspect,
no need to say I must have been growing marijuana and removed
it, only because they cannot admit to being mistaken.
No need to imply I am lying.
The geese do exist and my house is NOT a
"property designed or intended for use of which is or has
been used as the means of committing the offense
PROMOTING A DETRIMENTAL DRUGS....",
my house is a home.
Some people might think that if there was a search warrant
there must have been a reason. The reason was hearsay, the
statement under oath of one officer that another officer has
told him what he beleived to have seen from the
helicopter. Not even one photograph as supporting evidence.
The incident leaves me with one big question: Can it be,
that it takes only the presence of one plant or two in the
yard to lose one's home?
Makes me wonder: After all the big success stories of people
thrown in jail and properties seized, is there less
marijuana on the market?
No, there is always enough, only more expensive.
The next question would be, who is profiteering from the
eradication plan or should I say racketeering program. Who is
monopolizing production and price at the taxpayers
expense? Should it not be the other way round, the
government collecting tax money on it rather than spending it?
I lived in free and not so free countries.
I have seen abuse of power in other police states, but in
those places the people did not get to elect their
government officials.
I am urging the public to respond, or your home could be
next.
