RE: Resolution No. 146-04, Draft 2. Resolution authorizing the Office of the Mayor
to enter into an agreement with the Hawaii Community Foundation, pursuant to
HRS 46-7, for the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) grant for the
Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
This is to transmit Resolution No. 146-04, Drafr 2, which is the result of the discussion at the
Finance Committee meeting of February 3, 2004. While the resolution remains the same the
exhibit has charged. According to the Mayor's Executive Assistant Billy Kenoi, a revised
"Exhibit l" shows the Hawaii Community Foundation's grant award amount as $192,347.
