Subject: Bill No. 219, Amending Ordinance No. 03-91, Operating Budget
I would like to amend the above Bill No. 219 by adding a new section, which states:
"The appropriation identified by Account No. O10-183-5183.02, Engineering Division-
OCE, set forth in SECTION 2 shall be expended on updating of topographical maps
utilizing LIDAR for the North Kona Watersheds, Puna Watersheds and Hilo
Watersheds."
This new section and the section pertaining to the effective date shall be appropriately numbered.
