Re: Amendment to the 2003 A General Obligation Bond Ordinance
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the 2003 A General Obligation Bond (GOB)
Ordinance, No. 03-49, as amended by Ordinance No. 03-125, to include reference to the
new CIP project, Prosecuting Attorney's Office at Aupuni Center. This new project is in the
process of being added to the Capital Budget Ordinance, No. 03-90, of fiscal year 2003-04.
