AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0.03-91, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2004.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SF,CTION I. Ordinance No. 03-91, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following

SECTION 3. The appropriation to Account Number 010-801-5801.33 -Transfer to Capital Projects
Fund shall be conditioned on allotments for specific capital improvement projects listed in Exhibit A.
Revisions to the project list shall require council approval.
SF,CTION 4. The appropriation identified by Account No. 010-183-5183.02, Engineering Division-
OCE, set forth in SECTION 2 shall be expended on updating of topographical maps utilizing L1DAR for
the North Kona Watersheds, Puna Watersheds and Hilo Watersheds.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
