RE: Resolution No. 94-97, Draft 2
This is to request your favorable consideration of amendments expressed in the attached
Resolution No. 94-97, Draft 3, which (1) changes the language in pazagraph 3 to more closely
follow the language in Section 46-7, HRS, and (2) prohibits grant monies from being spent on
aerial herbicide and chemical spraying efforts for marijuana eradication.
