Mitigation Plan
Dear Mr. Hatada:
OFFER OF AWARD AMENDMENT FOR TIME EXTENSION
In response to your request for a time extension of the above cited grant, we are extending
the termination date from October 31, 2003 to December 31, 2004. This time extension is
necessary because the schedule for companion work being done for another federal agency
has been extended and that work supports the EDA project. This amendment does not modify
the approved scope of work and neither adds Federal funds to the grant nor reduces the match
requirement. Furthermore, all other terms and conditions of the award remain unchanged
except the date extension.
Due to the extension, the schedule of periodic progress and financial reports also is revised.
The final report will be due February 28, 2004. s
This letter serves as the notice of Offer of Award Amendment. The amendment itself will be
effective upon your authorized official's signing each of the enclosed duplicate acceptances.
The acceptance must be executed within 15 days of receipt of this letter. Each of the two
copies must have an original signature. Please return one copy to me; the second copy is for
the County's file.
