Dear Mr. Teixcirn:
We haoe received your letter, dated December 3, 2003, requesting to extend the performance period
for the EOP, grant # EMF-2003-GR-0319 and Citizen Cotp/CERT, grant #EMF-2003-GR-0321.
EOP eztenion to December 14, 2004 and CitizenCorp/CERT to Tune 30, 2004. This request does
not involve a scope of work change or cost increase, but solely restricted to a time extension.
As outlined in your letter, the additional time will facilitate the completion of the scope of work in '
your original application.
Based on the information provided and the need to meet the goals and mission of our program, we
will extend the performance period pez your request for an additional 12 months for the EOP grant
and for an additional 6 months for the Citizrn Cotp/CERT.
W e appreciate your continued effort is meeting the grant requiremrnts and thank you for keeping us
informed as mitigating circumstances and special needs arise. If you have any questions, please
