We have received your letter, dated December 3, 2003, requesting to extend the performance period
for the EOP, grant # EMF-2003-GR-0319 and Citizen Corp/CERT, grant #EMF-2003-GR-0321.
EOP eztetrion to December 14, 2004 and CitizenCorp/CERT to June 30, 2004. This request does
not involve a scope of work change or cost increase, but solely restricted to a timc extension.
As outlined in your letter, the additional time will facilitate the compietion of the scope of work in '
yom• original application.
Based on the information provided and the need to meet the goals and mission of our program, we
will extend the performance period per your request for an additional 12 months for the EOP grant
and far an additional 6 months for the Citizen Corp/CERT.
