Roadway Lot E, Tax Map Key (317-4-020: Por. 2
Enclosed for your review and consideration is draft 2 of Resolution No. 149-04, that
reflects the findings of the Department of Public Works. Road E was subdivided by McClean
Honokohau Properties, LLC ("McClean") on behalf of the Housing and Community
Development Corporation of Hawaii. Road E was constructed by McClean to provide a
connection between Kealakehe Parkway and their Road G, as shown on the enclosed map.
Road G is also being processed for dedication to the County of Hawaii. However, the
Department of Public Works was unable to consider Road G because connecting Road E had not
been dedicated.
