Requesting State and County Administrations to Proceed to Finalize Planning,
Design and to Begin Construction of Roads and Highways in the South Kohala,
North Kona and South Kona Districts and to Finalize Transportation Plans with
Infrastructure Financing Mechanisms
This is to transmit Resolution No. 159-04, Draft 2, which was the result of amendments made at
the Committee's meeting on March 4, 2004. The Committee voted to delete the 9`h and 10`h
WHEREAS clauses, which discusses a moratorium.
