We understand that the referenced ordinances have been included in the March 5, 2004 agenda for a review by the
County Council. Verizon Iiawaii Ina (Verimn) representetlvesnaed soma time t0 consider their position in this
matter so on behalf of Veriaon we respocttlrlly request that the County Council consider deferring the review of
Ordinances 210 & 211 at least until aRer the first County Council meeting in Apri12004.
