Also submitted is the Operating Budget Proposal Part 1-Volume ll, which describes departments and their programs, program objectives, highlights, program measures, expenditures and positions. Comm. 521.1: From Finance Director William Takaba, dated March 1, 2004, transmitting a booklet containing the reports entitled ,Six Month Progress Report on Program Objer[ine.c Ji~r F}' 2003-04 and Final Sialus Report on Program Objec[ives.fi~r FY 2002-03. The reports provide information to the Council so they may evaluate the program accomplishments for the first six months of the current fiscal year and for the last liscal year, 2002-03.
