This position is needed to improve management of the administration duties as well as facilitate a reorganization plan of duties for more efficient operations and effective use of resources of the Wastewater Division. Along with assisting the Division Chief with administration duties, this position will be responsible for the activities of the Wastewater capital improvement and equipment replacement programs.
