rive, it is my opinion that it is not those from our neighborhood

a better soCution to changing the speed Cimit and inconveniencing

I have observedvery few of our neighbors violating the current
s~eedCmit andl have observedmany young drivers in hot cars as
OeQ ~ motorcycCes driving weCCbeyond the speedCimit. It is a welt
k fact that .?CaCoko is an area that is being usedfor drug deals.
