Re: Elimination of On-Street Parking in Keaau Town
Thank you for sharing Shipman's plans for the new stores it will be
building next to my store in Keaau.
I understand that in the interest of reducing congestion you are proposing
that certain street parking on Old Volcano Road be eliminated in the
central part of town; including in front of my store. The proposed traffic
plan is as shown on the plans prepared by Okahara and Associates.
I am in favor of eliminating street parking as shown on the plans. My
customers will be able to park behind my store using the existing driveway
and lot. Additionally you have stated that my customers will be able to
park in the new lot you will be building.
