Dear Mr. Safarik, We have been living in Kaloko Mauka for 12 years and we feel that 35 mph at the lower part of Kaloko is good but to reduce the speed limit under 45 mph further up would just be more of a problem becvuse you would just have people passing presenting a dangerous situation.
