As such, I am forwarding the following documents for your review and comment: 1. Bi11231 Relating to Scenic Corridors. 2. Letter dated Mazch 4, 2004 from the Office Legislative Auditor outlining specific questions and recommendations in relation to Bi11231. 3. Minutes of the March 4, 2004 Committee meeting. You may recall a bill relating to Scenic Overlay Districts was first introduced and considered by the Council in 2002. In March of 2003, this legislation, Bill 265, Draft 3, was sent back to the Planing Committee for further amendments. Bill 231 is the product of this effort. After the receipt of your comments, this item will be agendized for further committee consideration. The committee has requested that this be done expeditiously. Therefore, I am requesting that your comments be received no later than April 5, 2004. Thank you for your assistance with this request.
