Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to inform you that I have appointed Ms. Rowena L. Tiqui of
Council District 7 to the County of Hawaii Committee on Aging. Ms. Tiqui is a
57-year resident of Hawaii and currently serves as the Executive Director for the
Kona Adult Day Center. She also serves on the Community Service Committee
for the Kona Mauka Rotary Club. Ms. Tiqui states that she is not affiliated with
any political party, and will serve a term co-terminus with my own.
