We have received your letter, dated December 3, 2003, requesfing to extend the performance period
for the EOP, gr^..at k E1~-2003-GR-0319 and Citizen Corp/CERT, grant €Ebff-2003-GR-0321.
EOP exteaioa to December 14, 2004 and CitizenCotp/CERT to June 30, 2004. This request does
not involve a scope of work change or cast inereaso, but soleiy restricted to a time extension
As outlined in your letter, the additional time will facilitate the completion of the scone of work in -
youroriginal application.
Based on the information provided and the need to meet the goals and mission of our program, we
will extend the performance period per your request for an additional 12 months for the EOP grant
and for as additional 6 months for the Citizen Cotp/CERT.
