We have received your letter, dated December 3, 2003, requesting to extend the performance period
for the EOP, grant ~ E?v1F-2003-GR-0319 and Citizen Corp/CERT, grant €E;vff-2003-GR-0321.
EOP extcaion to December 14, 2004 and CitizenCorp/CERT to June 30, 2004. This request does
not invoh~e a scope of work change or cost increase, but seleiy restricted to a time extension.
As outlined in your letter, the additional time will facilitate the completion of the scope of worn in
your orginal application.
Based on the information provided and the need to meet the goals and mission of our program, we
will extend the performance period per your request for an additional 12 months for the EOP grant
and fer as additional 6 months for the Citizen Corp/CERT.
