Re: Bill No. 106, Change of Zone Request

On July 6, 1995, the Committee on Planning deferred and referred Bill No. 106 to the Planning
Department to consider the designation of the subject property to a lesser density.
A new bill, Bill No. 86 regarding Mr. Inaba's change of zone request for the same property, was
submitted to the Council and considered at the Planning Committee's May 19, 1997 meeting.
Bill No. 86, Drafr 2, received a favorable recommendation for its Council's first reading.
Council action is needed for Bill No. 106 which I am recommending to file. I would like to
request that Bill No. 106 be scheduled with Bill No. 86, Draft 2, for Council consideration.
