COUNCILMEMBERS PLEASE REVIEW.
Mr. McClure, Please review my reasons for oposdion to the opening
of Ili Ili st. and KeoKeo St.; would appreciate your feedback.
The only benefit to Coastview, Wonderview, and Highlands residents
access to Kaiminani St. through Palisades is to drive DOWN to the
Queen Q Hwy. not to go mauka to access Hawaii Belt Rd. Kaiminani
has 10 times the traffic as THEIR mauka-makai roads within their
subdivisions; therefore it makes sense for them to travel THEIR
roads as far makai as possible and connect to lower Kaiminani and
not create more traffic and danger in upper Palisades.
I understand a new developement under construction In lower
Pali?des has plans to connect to Coastview which I believe will be
