Goals: To quickly identify, prosecute and convict those who make a career of crime.
Objectives: 1) Identify and vigorously pursue prosecution of cazeer criminals.
2) Focus on violent felons to be incarcerated for extended terms.
3) Vigorous prosecution with incazceration for misdemeanors for cazeer criminals.
4) Identify repeat property crime defendants.
